We ask that all speakers presenting accepted submissions complete and return the “Recording Consent and Copyright Release Form” so that the presentations can be made available to the OpenCL development community under a Creative Commons license.

The receipt of signed release forms is a pre-requisite for presenting at all IWOCL events.  The consent form should be returned at least 30 days before any event takes place.

How to Submit a Form

  1. Download the Recording Consent and Copyright Release Form (pdf)
  2. Complete and sign the form
  3. Make a scan of the completed form
  4. Email the scanned form to tim.lewis@iwocl.org
  5. Deadline fro submitting the completed form: 19 MARCH, 2016

RECORDING CONSENT & COPYRIGHT RELEASE FORM

Event: IWOCL 2016

By submitting and presenting a talk at the above Event the Speaker grants to the IWOCL organisers (“The Organisation”) the non-exclusive right to record, reproduce and distribute the Speaker’s presentation in electronic format via the World Wide Web, as well as the right to migrate or convert the presentation to any medium or format for the purpose of preservation and/or continued distribution. The recording may be of the presented audio, video or slides, or any combination of these.

The Organisation acknowledges that this is a non-exclusive license; any copyrights in the presentation remain with the Speaker or other copyright holder and subsequent uses of the submitted material by that person(s) are not restricted by this license. Speaker also grants any associated rights necessary to record, reproduce and distribute audio, video, images, or excerpts of the presentation.

The Speaker represents that the presentation covered by this license is his/her original work and that he/she has the right to grant this license to The Organisation. The Speaker further represents that the presentation does not, to the best of his/her knowledge, infringe upon any third-party’s copyright.

If the presentation is based upon work that has been sponsored or supported by any agency or organization, the Speaker represents that he/she has fulfilled any right of review or other obligation required by contract or agreement with the supporting entity.

The Recordings will be made available via the IWOCL related YouTube Channel s, uploaded to the IWOCL related websites and other relevant distribution channels.
